Grand Ixora Kuta Resort, a fantastic place! The staff, always polite and attentive, made our stay truly special. My wife celebrated her birthday there, and they surprised us with a cake and sang 'Happy Birthday' in our room. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Kuta, near the best restaurants. I also have Casa Atenas in Arraial do Cabo, Brazil, and I'll be taking many ideas from this experience to improve my own property and accommodations there.

This place is bang for buck , clean rooms small but has all need , requested a quiet room as coming in very late at night and had a wonderful sleep into midday when u get checkout , I highly recommend this place if u are coming in late from airport or have early morning /midday flight as ticks all the boxes , pool wonderfully refreshing 10 put of 10 for value and service

The room they first gave us couldn’t open window so the second day they upgraded us to room with balcony . The television is the latest so we could put our Netflix account on . Great buffet breakfast . The pool was a good size and plenty of lounges . There’s no hairdryer in the room but they provided one when asked . New clean toilet seat was a bonus .

The property was shown on the web is exactly the same, the hotel was good, staff was very welcoming ( I think everyone in Bali are really great people, we felt very safe ). The best part was the location as we are pure vegetarians there are couple of good options on the pure veg restaurants. Also couple of attractions are nearby.
